We hold the right at any time to cancel orders due to pricing changes or stock issues. Free Gifts are not available with Sale items.
Ken Varey’s understands how important colour is when buying clothing and footwear. Every effort has been made to show photography on our website which is representative of the actual product. When viewing products online it is important to note that different computers have different screen resolutions. This may result in a slight variance in the colour of the garment / footwear on screen and the actual product. While we try to ensure that the photograph and product description are accurate, you may return your item for a full refund if your expectations are not completely met. Prices set on the website include VAT (current rate 20%). We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Ken Varey’s will ship products as soon as possible after receipt of the order and confirmation of your payment. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days of order receipt. We use reputable carriers depending on the delivery address. Most delivery companies will require your signature on receipt of the parcel. All deliveries to you by the carrier will be subject to the carrier's normal terms and conditions. Our carriers do not normally deliver on Saturdays. If we have a problem we will do our best to contact you. Please ensure you give us as many points of contact as possible. Where we deliver parcels to an alternate delivery address or you ask for it to be left with a neighbour, the Couriers will not leave parcels without a signature.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment gateway, PayPal. All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) meaning we never have access to your card details at any time.

When returning an item, please ensure that they are in an unused re-saleable condition, in their original packaging and with any labels attached, and please ensure you include a copy of your invoice, along with a covering letter explaining your requirements. You are responsible for your items until they reach our returns department. We are unable to refund the delivery charges for your items unless they are faulty.
Please note, this returns policy is only applicable to Website orders, not to orders made in-store. Sale orders are non-refundable.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. In this case, we will issue you with a full refund; however, you will need to return the entire order at your own cost. In all cases, the goods must be in an unused and re-saleable condition, with all the tags and labels attached. All items will be inspected upon their return. If you decide to cancel the contract for your order with Ken Varey, please let us know in writing first (or via e-mail), quoting your order number.
Ken Varey’s has a zero-tolerance policy about the use of fraudulent credit cards and has installed a number of systems to ensure that the Customer is protected from fraudulent use of their credit or debit cards. Ken Varey undertakes a number of random checks, some of which may involve contacting you, the Customer. These checks are very simple and ensure additional consumer protection as far as possible from the fraudulent use of credit cards.
